Pierogies are noodles stuffed with potatoes and cheese. Different nationalties have different ways of making pierogies, and different suaces to put on top. When I make pierogies I typically just make them with mashed potatoes and cheese inside then put butter over them when they are cooked. Pierogies in any type of sauce though I'm sure would taste good.

Pierogies are awesome. Whenever my mom makes them for dinner it is the best day. I love when they are crispy, so delicous!
